Our voluntary information notice is clear: We will collect no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide that information to us.
The Register application contains both work and personal contact information. Personal contact information may be used by the Event Coordinator to contact registrants with questions or concerns pertaining to the event for which they are registered. Personal contact information is securely stored in the Register database and is restricted only to the Event Coordinators.
You are encouraged to provide all requested contact information to include work and personal contact information. At a minimum, you should provide your organization, work location information and personal emergency contact number. This data should be updated whenever you have a change in your information. If the minimum information is not provided, your access to the event may be denied or you may not be contacted if event information changes.
